REPORT FROM FUTURE: Elderly, Bedridden Aaron Tveit Still Wondering Whether He Won 2020 Tony Award

by Zach Raffio. @zachraffio.

NEW YORK, NY (2065) - Elderly, bedridden Broadway legend Aaron Tveit expressed his frustration today after still waiting to hear whether or not he's won the 2020 Tony Award for Best Leading Actor in a Musical, with the nominees announced way back in fall of that year, the actor confirmed.

"I was the only nominee! Even if they never do the awards, can they at least give me mine?" questioned Tveit, who has gone on to have an incredible and fulfilling career in lieu of constant implications from the American Theatre Wing that they would be scheduling an award ceremony "soon". "There have been over 40 ceremonies since the 2020 nominees were announced. Please, just... just tell us who won." Mr. Tveit then had to cut the interview early, as it was time for pudding.

At press time, experts predicted that the 2020 Tony Awards would likely happen later this year, but on Earth 2.
